How do i get my yearly credit report for free from internet?

I need my free yearly credit report from the major credit agencies. I have heard that a law was passed and all agencies were to provide a persons credit report free once a year. I have encountered several websites claiming to be free but there are none that i have yet to come across. I do not have a bank account to paypal any of these credit report sites. How do I get my free credit report.

    Here’s the link to all three credit reporting agencies. Please note that your free credit report is free ( one copy from each agency per year ), but this is only a report about your credit history and this is NOT your credit score! Your credit history and credit score are two different things and everyone has to pay for their credit score! The free reports only tell what credit information was collected about you. All three of these reporting agencies should have nearly identical information. Everyone is charged when someone, usually a banking institution, does the necessary paperwork to get you your credit score. Usually this is for a loan for a mortgage, business, or vehicle.
