You can also purchase 'monitoring' services as you apparently have. The ones with which I am familiar did not update my reports when I knew that there had been accesses and changes made. Both services were cancelled and I now monitor my own reports. You can purchase additional reports directly from the 3 major bureaus for less than the annual monitoring fee. You can get an annual credit report free by going directly to one of the 3 major bureaus, Equifax, TransUnion, or Experian.
